Got Ergophobia?

A. Unabashed Pacifist:

God always calls for the best in us. War doesn’t qualify.

B. Unabashed Christian:

Holy One,

To have created a world so beautiful, your own beauty must be overwhelming.
Perhaps that explains the biblical accounts of people not being able to look upon your face. You’re too beautiful
Amen

C. Un-quoting Jesus:

“Judas, you’re fired!”

[Right there in the upper boardroom. No, He didn’t say it.]

D. Blog: Got Ergophobia?

Ergophobia is a persistent fear of work. Sufferers of ergophobia experience undue anxiety about the workplace environment even though they realize their fear is irrational. Their fear may actually be a combination of fears, such fear of failing at assigned tasks, fear of speaking before groups at work, or fear of socializing with co-workers. – Ron Kennedy, M.D.

[Hmm. I thought I just didn’t like work; now I learn it’s a medical condition…]
