Holy One,

Impressive as it is when you work in the life of an individual, what you can do with a group of people makes that pale in comparison. I have seen you create a group consensus when it seemed members of the group were horribly conflicted. I have seen a group of people, whose individual lives held a lot of dysfunction, together act to offer creative support and encouragement to one of their number. I have seen numerous groups that, because their members were bound in a common purpose, become something much greater than the sum of those individual members.

We often give credit to teamwork, but that seems too superficial an explanation. You impress me here because the spirit of unity and oneness comes from you. You make us one, more than the ones, a one. You are part of the team. Your Spirit brings us together such that, with you, anything is possible. You are The One.
